How Do I Cancel My Order?

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Due to our fast fulfillment, we can't guarantee cancellations after submission. Full refunds are available within 14 days of delivery.

I Accidentally Ordered The Wrong Case For My Phone. What Can I Do?

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice any problem before the order is processed, so we may correct it. Orders that have already been processed can only be exchanged once they're returned to us.

Can I change the color of a phone case after placing an order?

Unfortunately, due to our fast fulfillment process, we cannot accommodate color changes once an order is submitted. We recommend double-checking your selection before confirming.

Is there an option for gift wrapping?

To align with our sustainability principles, we currently do not offer gift wrapping. However, all items come shipped in our eco-friendly packaging!

What Are Your Phone Cases Made Of?

Sequoia and Laguna are made from our proprietary corn-based plastic InnoMaize™, a composite of cornstarch, corn sugar, and plant fibers.

Mojave cases are made of our bamboo-based plastic Cornbo™, which combines bamboo shoots, leaves, and stalks with cornstarch and corn sugar.

How Protective Are Your Cases?

Our cases are designed with raised edges, camera rings, and non-slip grips for comprehensive protection against drops and bumps. The Laguna and Sequoia cases are military-grade drop-tested up to 6 feet, while the Mojave cases offer an impressive 15 feet of drop protection. Your phone is in safe hands with our high-quality, protective designs.

How Would You Describe The Feel Of Your Cases?

Our cases are soft to the touch and flexible while maintaining excellent levels of protection.

Our Laguna clear phone case is smooth to the touch, yet has textured side ridges for the perfect non-slip grip.

Our Sequoia solid phone case is smooth, but more sturdy and flexible. It has a more textured hand-feel with speckles in the material which are bits of plant fiber and corn.

Our Mojave rugged phone cases resemble the Sequoia in hand-feel, yet have a padded second layer to it for the four bumper corners.

Do Your Cases Support Wireless Charging?

Yes, all EcoBlvd cases support wireless charging.

Do you offer MagSafe Cases?

Currently, only Mojave Cases for the iPhone 15 Series Phones are MagSafe Compatible, but we will be expanding on this soon!

What Is The Safest Way To Clean My Clear Phone Case?

To clean, use a soft, lint-free cloth for gentle wiping to remove dirt, fingerprints, or smudges. This method safeguards the case, preserving its clarity and any custom prints without the risk of damage.

For the safest care of your clear phone case, particularly Laguna (clear cases) and custom-printed cases, refrain from using any cleaning agents or alcohol.

What Is The Safest Way To Clean My Rugged Phone Case?

For our Sequoia and Mojave cases, please hand wash only with warm water and soap. While cleaning, please be gentle.

Do Compostable Phone Cases Degrade Over Time?

In most cases, EcoBlvd compostable phone cases can withstand normal wear and tear for two years, however, they may crack when exposed to extreme conditions or through accidental damage. And while the phone cases are compostable, they won't disintegrate, or break down during your use. Composting requires a precise set of conditions to fully begin to break down such as in high humidity conditions, like in a composter or planted in soil.

What Is The Proper Way To Dispose Of EcoBlvd Accessories?

You can either dispose of your case at home using composting or at an industrial composting facility or ship it back to us using the included free shipping label as part of our Roundabout Recycling Program for a 25% discount on your next order.

Will The Case Really Break Down If I Put It In Dirt?

Under the right conditions of humidity, oxidization, and nutrients, your case will break down when placed in the dirt. While it may not be the fastest process, it can take up to a few weeks to a few months to fully compost.

Are your Phone cases BPA and toxin-free?

Our phone cases are crafted from natural materials, ensuring they are BPA and toxin-free. It's our commitment to provide eco-friendly and safe products for our customers.

My Case Arrived Warped/Defective. How Can I Get This Fixed?

No worries at all! You are covered if your case encounters any issues within 90 days of purchase. In order to reduce waste, we won't require you to ship it back. Snap a picture and send it to us as we need to verify the product's condition before a warranty replacement can be processed. Once that is done, we'll promptly replace it and send you a brand-new one at no charge! We encourage you to compost the damaged case either at a composting facility or in your home compost.

What Is Prop 65? I See It On Your Charger and Cable Packaging.

Prop 65, a California law, requires businesses to warn consumers about exposure to certain chemicals exceeding set limits. This is not a product safety law but a transparency measure. My Phone Broke While Using An EcoBlvd Case. Is There Any Warranty Or Insurance Coverage?

Unfortunately, EcoBlvd’s warranty only extends to the case and not the phone itself. We recommend purchasing an insurance plan through your carrier or through a third party to ensure that you can have your phone repaired or replaced.

The cases are compostable - why can't they be disposed of like trash?

Composting requires specific conditions to break down effectively. While our cases are compostable, placing them in a composting environment, either at home or through local composting facilities, ensures the right humidity, oxidization, and nutrient conditions for proper decomposition. This ensures that the cases break down efficiently, contributing to a more sustainable disposal process.

What Is The Return Policy?

Returns are available for only 14 days from the date of delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to return your item(s) for any reason within the 14-day period.

How Do I Return Or Exchange My Purchase?

If you're dissatisfied with your purchase or made an ordering mistake, reach out to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

For customized items, a 50% restocking fee applies for returns unrelated to EcoBlvd error/defect. Ensure your customizations are accurate before placing your order to avoid undesired designs.

As soon as we receive your items, expect a full credit to be issued within 3 to 5 business days.

I Lost/Accidentally Discarded The Label In My Order. Can I Get Another One?

Is There A Limit To How Much E-Waste/How Many Cases I Can Send?

The included label will allow for up to 1LB, but you are welcome to send more at your own expense and we will be happy to recycle it.

How/Where Do The Plastic Phone Cases Get Recycled?

We utilize TerraCycle's Zero Waste Box program for the proper recycling or disposal of plastic cases. Other materials are broken down for reuse. Zero Waste Boxes enable recycling of materials not typically accepted in local curbside services. For more details on TerraCycle and the Zero Waste Box program, click HERE.

How/Where Does The E-Waste Get Recycled?

All electronic waste, including EcoBlvd chargers and charging cables, is recycled by HomeBoy Industries. This ensures proper disposal and the most eco-conscious recycling of old electronics. HomeBoy Industries, a certified B Corporation and a Responsible Recycling certified company, offers employment and training to individuals facing barriers to employment. How do I participate in the Roundabout Recycling Program if I'm outside the United States?

Our recycling program is primarily designed for customers within the United States. For international customers, we recommend exploring local recycling initiatives or contacting us for guidance.


What Is EcoBlvd's Shipping Policy?

Upon placing your order on EcoBlvd, you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge your purchase. Once your order has been fulfilled, we will send you a notification email that includes the tracking details for your package. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Domestic Orders: Once dispatched from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse, delivery within the United States typically takes between 3 to 7 business days.

What is EcoBlvd’s Warranty Policy?

All phone cases are covered by a 90 warranty.

Charging cables and chargers are covered by a 1-year warranty.

The warranty covers all defects within this timeframe.

How Do I File A Claim For A Replacement?

We aim to address warranties without adding to waste. If your product has defects, we'll replace it at no cost. Contact and share photos for product improvement. Note: If needed, we may provide a free shipping label for returns.

Can I Request A Different Product For The Warranty Replacement?

Our replacement policy only applies if the original product for the warranty is unavailable.

Uh-oh! I Accidentally Broke My Case. Does It Qualify For A Warranty Replacement?

We replace phone cases within 90 days of purchase at no cost. To minimize waste, we won't ask you to ship back damaged cases. If an issue arises, we'll send you a new one. Feel free to compost the damaged case at home or at a composting facility.

Your own image can be used provided it complies with copyright laws, however, it is recommended that it is a picture that is your own. A copyrighted image is an original, creative work that has been preserved, such as a photograph, painting, or digital graphic, and is protected by law, preventing unauthorized use without the owner, brand, or company's permission.

When using your own images, ensure they meet the quality and contrast guidelines provided on our customization page for the best results.

Can I re-order a design that I customized?

As of now, we do not offer this feature, just due to the nature of our customization and ensuring you have a preview of your order before you pay.

Can I order multiple of the same custom design?

At the moment, we are unable to offer this ability, as we want to ensure that each case is reviewed before it is ordered, even if it has the same design.
