In the event you are unhappy or ordered an item in error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

90-Day Warranty: Phone Cases

In the event there is a product defect beyond the 14-Day Return or Exchange window, we will provide a free replacement.

1-Year Warranty: Chargers & Cables

In the event there is a product defect beyond the 14-Day Return or Exchange window, we will provide a free replacement.

Note: Customized products returned for any reason other than EcoBlvd error/defect are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Please double-check your customizations before submitting your order to minimize receiving an undesired design(s).

Our goal is to resolve all warranties without causing more waste by having customers send back defective or damaged products. If there is a problem with the product, we will replace it and send you a new one at no cost! Feel free to send us some photos of what happened so we can continue to improve our products.

NOTE: In some instances, we may require the product to be sent back; if so, we will provide a free shipping label.
